About Founder
Mr. Arun Goel A serial entrepreneur, is the Founder of “My Kids‘ Preschool (MKPS)” Founded in 2011, “Adwitiya Innovative International School (AIIS)” (Founded in 2016).”PropSquare” Founded in 2020 and “Trinity” founded in 2023. He is an MBA- Finance & Marketing with a rich experience in working with MNCs in financial sector.

In Financial sector he is AMFI, IRDA and LICENTIATE certified professional.
In early childhood education he has undergone a comprehensive training on Montessori Education. Also has a strategic role in a mom and pop retail family business which is since 1940. He has a successful journey in setting up a chain of preschool/primary school and Financial Products businesses. Having been in multiple businesses he is very system and process driven. Loves to enable and empower people to get desired results and understands overall aspects of successful business requirements

Isha Goel is a versatile personality and since beginning she had been participating, winning in debates, various sports and music. She had been a trained and renowned Odissi dancer as well and performed in more than hundred programs.
Since the birth of my kids’ in 2011 Isha has been a pivotal cog in the wheel.
In 2014 she was formally elevated to group principal post and since then she has been managing the show beautifully. She made a visionary, loyal and a very strong team under her leadership and is improving the organisation in each and every aspect day in day out.
Organisation’s mission to bringing out best from each child is becoming a reality due to her zeal and commitment towards providing a world class education at the affordable cost. She says it is truly exciting to be with these little ones and wished that this journey never ends.

Mrs. Suman Sood has been working in the space of Primary and Pre Primary Education for more than 35 years.
She started her career as a teacher from a high school in Kolkata in the year 1990 and learnt to be proficient in curriculum development, integration of technology and various other fields collaborating with schools across the world.
Former Director of Mongrace Montessori House group of schools, Mrs. Sood is presently director of B.D Memorial School, having 6 branches of pre-primary and primary education in Kolkata.
As British Council School Ambassador she led Montessori Schools in India for the first time to achieve British Council International School Award. Suman started the ECA Kolkata Chapter under mentorship of Dr.Swati Popat Vats and has been instrumental in bringing about a wave of change in the way parents and community had been perceiving early childhood education.
She is National Core Committee Member of Early Childhood Association. Mrs.Sood is also attached to various NGOs and organizations such as IWN West Bengal, Green Legion, Global Ambassadors, School Principals, Parents World Forum etc. She believes in bringing about change and making the world a better place. She is dedicated and committed to early childhood and primary education!!

Vastly experienced teacher with strong background in school administration &management. Highly experienced in organizational issues, creation, promotion and development ofinfrastructure (new schools) with special reference to children from divergent ethnic, multi religiousand socio-economically weaker sections. Innovative management skills in integrating and fosteringcommunal harmony, designing programmes for bringing weaker section of the society to thenational and developmental main streams. She is also a Professional REIKI Healer.
